Job description
Mary & Me is looking for Baristas to work in our store! We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and other benefits.

brand new la marzocco linea pb, la marzocco wally and Mahlkonig Grinder.
Requirements:
- Latte art & grinder setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Retail experience
Responsibilities:
- A sense of urgency when it comes to delivering quality customer service at all times.
- Being able to listen and understand instructions over the phone.
- Being able to open store early in order to have everything set up by the scheduled opening time.
- Making every guest feel welcome from the beginning until the end of their visit with our customers because that is the goal of your job description.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.80-£12.80 per hour
