Job description
- Someone who can follow instructions well.
- The ability to multi-task in a high-volume restaurant.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends including holiday Mondays.
- Can deliver friendly and exceptional service with effective communication skills.
- Can exercise common sense and have good organisational skills.
- Can memorise the menu, and wine list and recite daily specials.
- Can lift 15 kilograms.
- Can stand for 8+ hours.
- Can maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Can work alone and in a team environment.
- Can speak basic Italian. (Preferred but not required)
- Is Smart Serve Certified and is legal age to serve alcohol.
