Job description
We’re looking for Junior Baristas to join our Edinburgh team based between our Cafe on Princes Street and our Pop Up Cafe on the Royal Mile.
If you are looking to gain experience in Specialty Coffee and have a desire to deliver exceptional coffees, along with a high level of customer service then this could be the role for you. With time, we can offer you in-depth knowledge of Specialty Coffee and the barista skills to carry you forward in a new career enabling you to work all over the world.
This role also involves food preparation in accordance with our menu & recipes. Customer service is a vital part of what we do, so you'll need to able to show that you are friendly, confident and approachable with a can do attitude.
Basic Barista experience desirable but full on the job training will be given.
Food Hygiene Certificate desirable but not essential.
