Job description
We are looking for experienced, well-presented front of house café staff to join an existing team at busy coffee shop in Aylsham .
1 x Saturdays only
1 x 8 -12 hours during the week
Front of house staff will be responsible for:
- Making speciality coffee
- Taking orders
- Assist with cleaning
- Offer excellent customer service.
- Merchandise products neatly and re-stock when low.
- Work hygienically and always try to clean when quiet from serving.
- Using electronic point of sale till
- Take part in any training offered by the company.
- Hold a current Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene or acquire one within 3 months of start date.
- Assist in stock rotation and stock taking.
- Take food orders and prepare food and drink in the correct manner using the manuals provided taking care with portion control.
- Take an active part in working as a team and helping others for the good of the store.
- Always be of neat and tidy appearance and wear the full uniform provided along with black trouser or skirt..
- Transporting food orders from the kitchen to tables
- Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery
Ideal candidate will have experience of working within busy food & beverage retail environments

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
