We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer their questions.
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the shop floor.
- Organise stock and restock shelves as needed.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the shop.
- Keep track of inventory levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

- Upselling: 1 year (preferred)
