Darutori, known for its delicious Nagoya Style Chicken Wings and boba drinks, is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Barista to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare a variety of tea and fresh milk-based drinks following established recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stock and replenish beverage supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or barista experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of boba tea and fresh milk-based beverage preparation.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
