We are looking for an experienced Barista/All rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bubble tea and customer service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing drinks, taking orders, maintaining a clean work area, processing payment, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while providing a pleasant experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty bubble tea drinks.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and social environment
- Display the ability to interact with customer in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Execute high degree of food safety standards and cleanliness
- Organized and maintain a clean and safe work space
- Handling cash and POS system
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to customer specifications.
- Educate customers on the menu items and answer any questions they may have.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
