Centenary Lounge is looking for Baristas and Supervisors to work at our Solihull branch, Centenary Coffee & Co. We are hiring immediately and have full-time and part-time positions available.

Previous experience in a similar position is required.
Responsibilities
Preparing expertly made coffees, frappes, smoothies and teas. Baking pastries and breakfast rolls in the morning.
* Hands on role with experience of food and drink, taking orders, preparing and serving customers food and drinks to take away.
* Following company rules and systems at all times
* Building awareness by understanding customers needs and using this knowledge to improve the service.
* Dealing with cash and card payments.
* Responsibility to include all areas are kept clean and tidy
* Following all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
* Cleaning as you go and end of shift.
* Able to operate oven, panini grill and other equipment as instructed
* Opening and Closing Duties
* Cashing up at the end of the day (Supervisors/Team leaders)
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Previous coffee or food service experience preferred
- Must be able to work both morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to follow instructions and learn new recipes/food items.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
Salary: £8.00-£11.50 per hour
