Our team at C7 Coffee House are responsible for making high-quality food and specialty coffee as well as providing excellent customer service to all of our clients. If you have prior experience serving food and espresso drinks to customers, this is your opportunity to break into the industry! We're looking for Baristas that can deliver excellent service with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Being friendly and welcoming to customers, engaging them in a way that makes them want to return.
- Skilled at making coffee.
- Confidence in the kitchen while preparing food.
- Operate and clean commercial espresso machines.
- Be able to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently while multitasking.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working enviroment.
- Operating our till system.
You will be offered professional barista training to learn how to make and provide fantastic barista style coffee.
You will be provided with food hygiene training and involved in the cleaning and health and safety practices of the coffeehouse as well as food hygiene practices.
Successful candidates will also be given training in how to handle cash and reporting on the daily takings.
This team also works with the Conference Centre Team at C7 to cater for onsite events (such as conferences, shows and business bookings).
You will work alongside our Coffee House Manager to help deliver any other projects relating to the coffee house.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
