We need waiting staff with barista skills to join our front of house team.
We won’t need to tell you how to hold your tray, or how a few extra words at the right time can make a guest’s day. And you won’t hold back noticing when a guest needs something, or asking a little more about the specials so you know exactly what to recommend. Your confidence and commitment will shine through in the way you work, and your enthusiasm for the food and drink business will make people’s days brighter, both sides of the pass.

The people we’re looking for know that a great meal is about more than the food on the plate. They are experienced, committed, talented and passionate about making sure guests leave happy.

They also have:

• 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
• Experience of latte art is essential
• A commitment to consistently high levels of service and a passion for the industry
• Confidence in using and applying technology in your day to day role
• A willingness to work as a team player, a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to share information and skills that will improve service
• An ability to communicate well and work seamlessly with colleagues from all departments
• Records of formal inhouse/external training in coffee, food, wine and management/supervision (you don’t need to have all of the list mentioned, just some)
