Barista

Nico’s is the exciting new venture from entrepreneur Robin Birley, owner of private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street & Oswald’s. Nico’s will be a high-end Italian grill and pizza restaurant, located in the heart of Mayfair, London. The restaurant will have a welcoming and exclusive environment with a menu that offers members wood-fired pizza, freshly made pasta and grill creations using the freshest and finest ingredients.

We are currently recruiting for a Barista to join our new opening Nico's.

The responsibilities of the Barista are:

• Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
• Preparation of classic and modern cocktails as well as full drinks.
• Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
• Table service to members and their guests

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Barista are:

• Significant experience in a similar position
• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
