Up to £16.00 per hour including service charge

Key Responsibilities
As a Barback, you will be a key player in the bartending team.
The key purpose of your role is to support the bartenders in preparation of drink service and maintain a clean and neat bar and back of house area. You will play a key part in making our guest experience one they will always remember. A pleasant, professional attitude towards guests and other team members is a must.
You will also - but not be limited to:
- Work with all teams to ensure the bar is ready for service.
- Assist the waiters when necessary to run drinks or food to tables.
- Understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up selling and promoting.
- Support the bartenders in preparation and execution of drinks service, always maintaining a clean and neat bar and back of house area.
- Demonstrate a professional behaviour at all times.
- Follow Best Practice and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Always minimise wastage and look out for efficient and effectives ways of working.
- Carry out any reasonable tasks requested by any member of the management team.
Key Requirements
You will have a clear passion for service and getting things done well and quickly. You will be organised. The ability to multitask and prioritise is important, as well as the ability to work well under pressure with the biggest smile. You are comfortable with people from different backgrounds, you produce quality work, and you are flexible to work shifts.
Experience within a similar environment is preferable, however, we look for attitude, quality, and interpersonal skills rather than experience as we will give you the tools to ensure you are successful in your role.
