Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions – the record label for food. We find the most exciting talent in food, produce delicious hits (menus) and take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our food halls, dark kitchens and partners.
This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space. Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests, all ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team.
