Bar Back
Opening in Spring 2023, Midland Grand Dining Room is a landmark institution in the making and is set to be the most exciting new opening of the year. Located in the iconic St Pancras building and heralding the gateway to Europe, it will be a showcase of exceptional food, incredible wine and true hospitality.
As a Bar Back in one of London's most beautiful bars, you will have a vital role in hosting our guests in a stunning environment, surrounded by colleagues who beam with talent, professionalism and ambition. Spanning a large dining room, a beautiful Private Dining Room, exciting Chef’s Table experience, stunning terrace and striking bar, Midland Grand is the ultimate opportunity for a Bar Back looking to progress their career and hone their skills contributing to immaculate service in an incredible room.
Following the success of the legendary Chiltern Firehouse and beautiful Allegra, this is the latest collaboration between London property developer, Harry Handelsman and Irish chef, Patrick Powell.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Bar Back with a fanatical focus on quality and consistency in all areas; unwaveringly consistent food and beverage standards and personality driven service.

We are looking for…
· Experience in a similar role
· Proactive approach to creating and providing world class guest experiences with unwavering service standards
· A dedication to thoroughly understanding all aspects of the Midland Grand Dining Room drinks menu and food offerings
· A motivational and inspiring spirit to deliver high levels of quality service
· The ability to reliably carry out various opening and closing duties

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
