'SEAGERS' is a family run, award winning company, operating restaurants in the Swansea/Llanelli areas. We currently require enthusiastic & reliable FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF for our popular outlet in GORSEINON
The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable & a real 'people person'. Above all you must be able to smile (as we don't do miserable). Some experience in a customer facing role is required but not necessarily in the hospitality industry.
The position on offer is for permanent, full-time employment, which will involve days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, etc. The rate of pay will meet or exceed the NMW. We offer an enhanced rate (up to double time) for any additional overtime worked (42hrs+). So if you choose to work the additional hours on offer you'll be handsomely rewarded. Also, we like to promote from within the company wherever & whenever possible.
