Food and Beverage Team Member
Location: Castle Ashby, Northamptonshire
Term: 20 hours per week on a rotational basis across the 7 days
Salary: £10,895 per annum
What We Need
To support us in delivering the exceptional service that our brand is renowned for, we are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team on a permanent basis to create those moments of magic for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the bar is immaculately presented and well stocked at all times
- Preparing drinks and cocktails efficiently, always meeting guest requirements
- Maximising revenue through upselling and exceptional product knowledge
- Supporting the food and beverage team during busy periods in the East Wing
- Handling financial transactions securely and accurately
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Bartending experience essential
- Experience of mixology would be an advantage
- Due to our beautiful rural location, your own transport would be useful

Set at the heart of the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate in Northampton, The Falcon has recently been transformed and re-imagined by Lord and Lady Northampton into a country retreat with 22 bedrooms, a destination restaurant and Wellness Centre for those in need of rest and renewal.
