Established in 2020, we acquired our first venue in May 2021 and now operate 5 venues with a 6th planned for late Spring 2023. THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for outgoing, confident & friendly team members to join our new front of house team at The Freemasons Arms in Norwich. The venue is undergoing a refresh and opens under our management in April, with a great range of drinks, a warm & cosy environment plus big plans to create a place to hang out with friends or escape the hustle and bustle of everyday with a quiet drink or coffee.
- Flexible hours - shifts from 4-8hrs across daytimes, evenings & weekends
- Competitive pay - £10.5ph over 23yo, £10.20ph 21-22yo, £9ph 18-20yo
Focusing on delivering great service every day you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, from locals & regulars to fist time visitors. Whilst taking orders, meeting sales targets, serving food & drink and clearing tables are all part of the role the most important part will be ensuring customers have a great experience!
Some experience in a busy bar or similar environment is desirable along with good knowledge of either cocktails, coffee or beer.
