Our popular steakhouse and first venture, Cocktails & Steaks, Uddingston was established in 2017. Followed by our Scottish Restaurant & Gin Emporium Mr MacGregor’s in Netherlee. Cutler Lobster & Steaks serves fresh seafood and shellfish along with the finest cuts of beef and is located in Giffnock. Our latest venture is a traditional Italian restaurant Luciano’s in Burnside offering traditional Italian dishes and authentic Italian style pizza and outstanding wine.

Our menu features locally sourced ingredients prepared by our talented chefs ensuring every visit is an unforgettable culinary adventure.

We are recruiting for our newest venue Giovannis Italian Kitchen in Hamilton.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to enhance our guests' experiences with expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding beverages and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and hot and cold beverages to our guests.

- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.

- Prepare garnishes and ingredients for cocktails and maintain inventory levels.

- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guests' safety.

- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

- Assist in creating and updating the drink menu with creative and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

- Previous bartending experience at least 1 year

- Barista trained.

- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service is essential.

- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing drinks.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
