You will have ideally have experience
Front of house as a supervisor or bar supervisor
Running Stock Counts
Writing Rotas - and resolving staffing issues as they occur
Motivating a team of full and part-time staff to shine
Managing a Cellar
Knowledge on wine
Mixology Trained
Writing Cocktail Menus
Experience in the kitchen in a cold side/ dessert section (prefered but not essential)
Anything missing can be trained on the job- we also work with Hit training to offer level 4 management diplomas - Personal Licenses Training- Food Hygiene- WSET
We believe in a working week that allows time for personal time and can offer flexibility with days off requests - and two days off together - No working week over 44 hours and no work Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
For each year you work we will add an additional holiday day allowance to your annual leave
