As Bar Staff at Sodexo working at Ward Barracks in Bulford, you are a super friendly face and as well as a mixologist. This role includes the preparation and serving of beverages in our on-site bar. Whilst ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy. Your cheerful customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives. What you’ll do:

• Assist in setup of the bar daily, ensuring stock is replenished and the area is equipped for opening hours.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and tables.

• Reads recipes and/or product directions

• Collection and sterilisation of all glass wear

• Interacts with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas

What you bring:

• Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others

• 18+ due to the licensing restrictions

• Basic food hygiene and COSHH knowledge

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
