Job description
Responsible for the day to day operation of the Club members bar and function room bar. To live by the Club values and the purpose of the Club within a social and sports environment.
Main Accountabilities:
Service Delivery/Operations
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests
- Ensure all beverage stock is checked regularly and rotated accordingly
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness behind the bar/cellar at all times
- Actively seek opportunities to increase bar sales by way of recommending beverages to members.
Service Quality
- Receive and respond to member queries, feedback and complaints and where possible resolve the matter, before reporting them to the appropriate manager
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, anticipating their needs, so as to leave them with a positive experience
- Keep up to date with all sports and social services, current promotions and new products to enable you to serve and recommend to our members and guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £13.00 per hour
