Job Title: Weekend Bar Staff at Three Oaks
Location: Three Oaks, Baneberry Road
Job Type: Part-time Hours, Every Other Weekend
Salary: 11ph depending on age
We are looking for experienced and reliable Weekend Bar Staff to join our team at Three Oaks. As a Weekend Bar Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience while at our bar. You must be willing to work on Fridays and Saturdays and be available to work alternative weekends.
This is a zero hour contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and taking orders
Preparing and serving drinks and food
Operating the till and handling cash and card payments
Maintaining a clean and tidy bar area
Enforcing the Challenge 25 system to prevent underage drinking
Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
Adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality
Ability to work on Fridays and Saturdays
Flexibility to work alternative weekends
A good understanding of the Challenge 25 system
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
