Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Efficiently handle cash transactions, including operating the cash register and processing payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and events.
Requirements:
- A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
