Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Mixing and Serving: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages, including age verification and responsible service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and promote special offerings to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and mixing techniques is a plus.
- Responsible and reliable, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Must be of legal drinking age.

Salary Breakdown: £10.42 per hour plus holiday pay at £1.26 per hour, totalling £11.68 per hour x 45 hours = £525.60 per week x 48 weeks = £25,228.80 per annum. Overtime is also paid at £11.68 per hour.
