Here at The Parlour at Blagdon and Shotton Grange, we take great pride in providing amazing memories for our guests on their wedding day or event, meaning a huge emphasis is placed on our customer service. Our venues have become two of the busiest wedding destinations in the North East and only 5 minutes north of Newcastle.
As a member of the front of house team, you'll deliver a friendly and efficient service, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. You'll be attentive to our guests needs from the moment they arrive to make every visit special.
We are currently looking for bar staff to join the team with full-time positions available. We are open 7 days a week and shifts cover all hours throughout the day and evening. Shifts often finish after midnight so candidates must have their own transport as public transport will not be available.
Main responsibilities;
- deliver an exceptional level of service through a relaxed and professional approach
- serving guests and passing on excellent product knowledge of food and beverage
- encourage the highest standards across all areas
- work as part of the team, helping fellow team members where necessary
Your own transportation is essential as we are not near a Metro station and finish times can vary.
