Job Title: Bar Staff
An opportunity for bar staff has arisen at the Three Mile Inn in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This is brilliant opportunity for someone looking to begin (or further!) their career in hospitality.
Hours: Full and Part Time opportunities available
Location: Three Mile Inn, Gosforth
Please note you must be flexible to be able to work daytime, evenings and weekend shifts.
Main Job Purpose & Scope:
- To provide an exceptional customer service level and represent the group in a professional manner.
Key Areas of Personal Responsibility and Accountability:
- To greet and serve customers, displaying dedication to customer satisfaction - being attentive, friendly, courteous, patient and diligent.
- To accept payments and correctly enter into EPOS system.
- To maintain order and cleanliness both behind the bar and in public areas.
- To possess good communication skills.
- To abide by all regulations and legal requirements when serving customers.
- To take and follow instruction - both written and verbal.
