Variable hours

This is a bank role used for working mainly weekends and some weekday evenings as required.

Chichester College is currently seeking to appoint highly motivated Bar Staff who can work as part of a committed team in our Pavilion bar, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.

You will preferably have experience of working behind a bar with knowledge of licensing law and food safety, but training will be given if needed. You will have a proactive and flexible approach to work and demonstrate customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring drinks/snacks are prepared and served in accordance with UK law and Chichester College core values.
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Cash handling.
  • To ensure the cleanliness, quality standards and safety of the work area at all times.

Applicants must be 18 years old or over.
