Job description
We are seeking experienced and passionate Bar Staff to join the team at our bar/dining venue. The right candidate will have prior experience serving drinks and food, and strong customer service skills. Our venue can get very busy during our Bottomless Brunch Service and Private Hire Events, so must be able to work in a fast paced environment whilst still complying with our high levels of standards in and around the Bar. Previous cocktail knowledge is ideal as we have an extensive list of high-quality cocktails, but isn't completely essential as training can be provided to the right candidate. It must be noted that a suitable candidate will have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and be able to work independently, as well as working alongside a strong and personable team of Bar Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drink to patrons.
- Check identification for legal drinking age.
- Serve beer, wine, and liquor to patrons.
- Be on the lookout for underage drinking.
- Handle cash during service.
- Collect payment from patrons.
- Maintaining our high standards for a clean, working environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: From £9.00 per hour
