Job description
Role Purpose : (Bar Staff) To be part of the Turnpike Front of House Team. Providing a professional and friendly front of house customer service at all times. Ideally the candidate would have at least 3 Years experience serving on a busy Bar. Prior experience with Booking Systems, Table Plans and Money handling.

· Ensuring all Glass wear are clean, as well as tables. Keeping the Bar are clear and presentable at all times.
· Changing Barrels
· Restocking Fridges
· Taking beverage orders and serving to customers
· Responding in a timely manner to all customer queries or requests
· Serving customers in the Bar with exceptional customer service
· Holding an excellent knowledge of our products and menus and actively upsell to customers.
· Answering the Phone and filling in the Table Plan.
Skills and Attributes(E = Essential, D= Desirable)
· Previous experience within hospitality, catering or retail industry (E)
· Knowledge of basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety (E)
