Avaliable Job Today The Britannia Inn is looking for a experienced Bar Manager to help Lee and Hannah. only last week we were lucky enough to WIN Four in a bed, which has now led us to be undergoing a very Large Referb. This is a very exciting opportunity and with a new pub on the inside and a New Food Menu we need someone reliable and able to help us build this growing Business even further. This individual will need to be able to Manage a team as well as work on the own. Weekly tasks will include
2 weekly rotas, Cellar management ( line cleaning etc & Gas Ordering), Stock Rotation, Trade Ordering, Reporting, Daily Job management, Responsible for the Room Booking Calendar System. Plus the running of Bar and Front of House.
