Job description
Responsibilities:
- Bartender must have cocktail knowledge (Experience required)
- Floor staff that can handle a busy venue
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all guests
- Assist with basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area
- Build positive guest relations by providing recommendations and answering questions
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing the register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
