Job description
We are seeking an experienced Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve drinks and food items- Handle cash and credit card transactions- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service- Take orders from guests and enter them into the Aloha POS system- Answer phone calls and take orders over the phone with proper phone etiquette- Assist with banquet events as neededQualifications:- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately- Must be able to use a knife safely and efficiently- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Must have excellent guest services skillsBenefits:- Competitive pay based on experience level- Opportunities for career advancement within the company
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £7.19-£10.53 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 4 years (required)
