Designed by Tessa Kennedy The Rivoli Bar is one of the best, reborn, art deco style bars in London offering a diverse list of premium spirits and classic cocktails and will has recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the The Rivoli Bar as a Barback.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards. As a Barback, responsibilities also include:

To maintain a clean working environment within the back area of the bar and surrounding areas
- To perform the necessary Barback tasks and pre-service mise-en-place whilst supporting the service team
- To monitor coffee operation e.g. refill sugar containers, maintain coffee machine and assist with beverage preparations as required

To ensure the proper maintenance and protection of all operating equipment
- To work closely together with the Rivoli Bar team in order to provide excellent guest experience
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
