Job description

St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a part-time Bar Assistant to its friendly and dynamic catering team. You will assist the Bar Manager with the smooth operation of food and drinks preparation service and cleaning within the Bar as well as assist all areas of the catering department where required.

The successful candidate will be someone with a positive and approachable attitude, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of food and drink service and allergen awareness, as well as good attention to detail. Full training will also be provided for this role.
