We offer seasonal menus for you to share with friends and family, from a causal lunch to sharing plates to a full dining experience – you can enjoy it all with wine, beer, cocktails or bubbles!
Duties
- Prepare restaurant for service.
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Provide guests with menus and take their order
- Serve food and drink orders in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Clear tables
- Polish cutlery and glasses and set tables
- Carry out cleaning schedules at end of restaurant service
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Ensure that guests bills are correct and handle payment
- Handle any guest enquiries and complaints in a friendly manner and ensure the manager is made aware of any complaints
- Customer focused approach.
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
