The brand new 5 * NICI Hotel & Spa on Bournemouth’s sea front, are looking for experienced, professional and capable Bar & Cocktail Staff to join their dynamic team of waiting staff.
Do you have previous experience as Bar & Cocktail Staff or excellent customer service skills within some other kind of hotel or luxury service or hospitality environment?

The Bar & Cocktail Staff Role
As Bar & Cocktail Staff your duties will be to provide guests with an enjoyable and memorable experience when using the hotels facilities.
You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Previous experience of working in a bar, restaurant or cocktail environment is a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.

Requirements:
- Experience of working in a front of house role is necessary
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
- The very best customer service skills and approach is essential
- Understanding of what service standards are required in a luxury hospitality venue
- Previous Bar work experience ideal but not essential so long as you have front of house experience in some other kind of role
