Rethink Mental Illness are hiring BANK Support Workers to join our Sheffield Crisis House Service.

If you are looking to work more flexibly BANK work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments .

You do not need previous work experience to apply for this role throughout your time at Rethink we will support you on your learning journey helping you develop in the area of work.

Are you a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient and willing to learn? We offer the opportunity to visit the service to observe the work we do and talk about a day in the life of a Support Worker with the Service Manager - this gives you the opportunity to really explore the work we do as an organisation and insight of the work you will be part of.
