Bradford Teaching Hospitals are committed to providing outstanding care to the people within our community. To help us achieve this, we are looking for enthusiastic, recruitment support administrators to join our Recruitment team.
We are looking for people who can hit the ground running to complement our well established team. This is a fast paced environment that requires a calm and professional approach to dealing with urgent requests and provide cover. Main duties of the role include administrative tasks, reception cover, inbox monitoring and vacancy inputting, corresponding with applicants and recruiting managers.

To provide administrative support across the Recruitment team, this includes filing, photocopying, inputting and updating electronic records/data, answering telephone calls, reception cover, etc.
To use all available systems to support the delivery of an efficient recruitment service.
To provide administrative support across the full recruitment and onboarding cycle (from approval, through advertising, shortlisting and interview)To act as the first point of contact for phone and email queries from prospective job applicants and recruiting managers.
To ensure queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, liaising with external departments as necessary.
To contribute to maintaining accurate and up to date information in electronic staff files.
Greeting visitors to reception and processing documentation for new startners.
To assist with line manager and staff training throughout the Trust as and when required.
Any other duties at an equivalent level of responsibility as may be allocated to the post or delegate for the post holder’s development.
The post will require extensive computer use to facilitate online recruitment and data analysis in order to provide reports and record information which will necessitate a reasonable standard of speed and accuracy.
There may be an occasional requirement to drive from one site to another or to attend meetings which are held at external venues.
The post involves an unpredictable workload there will be a regular requirement for concentration when inputting and extracting information in respect of online recruitment and analysing recruitment data. There may also be a regular requirement to change tasks to deal with frequent interruptions from employees, prospective employees and managers via e-mail, telephone or in person.
