REFUGEE EDUCATION MANAGER

37.5 hours per week - SCP24 £33,095

PERMANENT CONTRACT – TERM TIME ONLY CAN BE CONSIDERED

BASED AT CARITAS LOCATIONS IN NORTH MANCHESTER

EVENING WORKING WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF LEARNERS

As part of Caritas' Aspire Programme, the post holder will manage and oversee the learning of people with refugee status, seeking asylum, or migrants to the UK, in their learning of all levels of English.

Supporting a team of highly qualified and experienced ESOL tutors, you will maintain a well-established and highly respected education project which considers holistic approaches to teaching to be the key to learner success.

With many learners progressing to further levels of education, employment and life in the UK, you will also have the opportunity to grow and develop the wrap-around support available for Caritas Learners.

You will be well supported by a team committed to empowering people and supporting them on their individual journey.
