Hours as and when required

Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

We are seeking a Bank Care and Support Assistant to join our team. Located in a quiet, residential area on the outskirts of Leicester, Skelton Court is a residential care home with 15 en-suite bedrooms. We provide residential care and support for adults aged 18 or over, who have a range of learning disabilities and complex or high needs, including dementia.

At Sanctuary Supported Living, we are passionate about supporting people to live as independently as possible and to lead fulfilling lives. If you want to make a positive impact to people’s lives, where no two days are the same, this is a great opportunity to come and work within a hardworking and client-focused team.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary have their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.

Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.

If you have a passion for supporting people with complex needs to live as independently as possible, value kindness and patience and treat others with dignity and respect we want to hear from you.
