Managing all correspondence received by post, email and telephone prioritising accordingly Provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director and meeting the daily demands and challenges Managing the diary including arranging meetings and liaising with internal and external colleagues to ensure priority meetings are organised Ensuring regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports are scheduled including supporting the appraisals processes Contribute to the service objectives and support the ongoing development Manage, organise and support relevant sub committee meetings including minute taking and report writing This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
