Are you an empathetic CAMHS Care Co-ordinator looking for an exciting new role?
We are now recruiting for a CAMHS Care Co-ordinator to join an innovative team and a well-established private service based in Sheffield. The role is available to start as soon as possible, and the appointed candidate will need to work full-time hours per week for an initial 3-month period. Working four days on-site and one day remote.
The post holder will work within Sheffield Community CAMHS as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering care coordination to young people and their families to enhance access and collaboration throughout their patient journey. The post holder will support and with the MDT in delivering individualised care to young people, providing clinical and administrative support to the clinical team.
Skills and experience needed:
- Show excellent CAMHS experience
- Able to complete urgent assessments
- Extensive experience of working as a CAMHS Co-ordinator
- Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
- Experience of a wide range of young people's mental health presentations
- Can work well independently and as part of the team
