We have a number of vacancies within our Estates and Facilities Directorate.
As a Receptionist you will provide a comprehensive, high quality and efficient reception service ensuring effective communications and strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients and visitors to site. Prompt, polite and courteous telephone call handling, providing information, redirecting calls as and when required in a professional manner.
You will support the facilities team in planning and administration achieving an effective and efficient service provision.
