Job description
Davidson of Darras Hall is looking for a full-time and part-time Baking Assistants to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne!
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fun, fast-paced bakery!
Our Daily Production starts around 03.00am with the shop opening at 07.00am and closing at 17:00pm
Duties Include:
Assisting the Bakery Owner and Head Baker in the daily operations of the bakery. Prep
- Setting up the shop and filling cabinets.
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy and cleaning specific equipment.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Bakery Owner and Head Baker.
- Hygiene Training and qualifications will be provided during work time.
- Staff uniform is provided.
Experience:
Experience in a food service environment preferred.
- Although experience is not essential; duties and responsibilities include good hygiene and a good positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask. Must be able to follow instructions, be organized, and have good attention to detail.
- Must be able to read English.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
Salary: £10,836.80-£22,346.22 per year
