Job description
Part time role based in our Stockbridge store.
1pm-6pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (the ideal candidate will be flexible with finishing times as required)
Main Responsibilities include;
Packing our events cakes into cake boxes, checking order details, adding additional items, toppers/candles etc
Helping the kitchen team get finished up, helping with cleaning and organising for the day ahead.
Prepping for future orders, icing cake boards, making buttercream, making some basic sugar elements for our cakes.
The ideal candidate must be
Reliable
Punctual
Happy to be customer facing as our shop will be open to the public
Have a great "team player" attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- shop: 1 year (preferred)
