We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team at our busy, growing company. The ideal candidate is proficient in baking a wide variety of items in both conventional and industrial ovens. The Baker will also be responsible for monitoring the production area, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise and overseeing new employees. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read recipes or follow a recipe to bake bread
- Have stamina to work long hours to meet the demands of customers.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in order to ensure that bread is prepared as specified by recipes or design.
- Recognise and correct unsatisfactory work.
- Handle food products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £7.47-£13.28 per hour
