About Us

We’re recruiting for a Customer Ops Executive to join our Operations Control Centre Team. This role will support the BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer flying programme from our hubs at London City and London Gatwick. Our agile operation allows us to serve our customers with the premium British Airways’ service that makes us the nation’s flag-carrier.

About the Role

As our Customer Ops Executive you’ll be working the Customer Operations Team to ensure customer service excellence for our colleagues, customers and partners within Cityflyer, Euroflyer and the wider BA Group OpCo’s. The Customer Ops Executive will focus on building and continuously improving the overall Customer Frameworks centralised within the Operational Control Centre (OCC) though innovation and collaboration with group partners.

About You - experience and knowledge required

  • Experience in Reservations and Ticketing
  • Previous experience in delivering Customer Excellence
  • Experience or sound understanding of the complexities of an operational environment
  • Experience of working within financial constraints and delivering cost effective solutions, implementing ways of improving efficiency
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen in an airline environment
  • Knowledge of operations, crew control and airline operating environments
