Location: Gatwick office (regular requirement to be in our Gatwick office due to business need)
Salary: From £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

Position Summary
Nespresso have a fantastic opportunity for an a B2C Finance Co-ordinator to join their team. Reporting into the B2C Retail Operations Manager, you will provide timely, effective and accurate financial and operational administrative support to the B2C Operations Team enabling the wider team to run efficiently to maximise sales and service.

A day in the life of an B2C Finance Administrator…
As a Finance Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for any general spend queries from Finance. Your role will also involve:
- Maintenance of trackers to ensure control of costs
- Raising of all B2C Operations department purchase orders
- Matching and payment of all B2C Operations department invoices
- Publishing of key finance reporting- weekly & monthly
- Updating project management portals as well as keeping track of project expenditure and reconciliation at project close
- B2C Operations Vendor set up
- Actively supports and takes part in the weekly check in process
- Involvement in new Boutique openings where needed
- Various project work with a goal to reduce costs
What will make you successful?
Ideally you will have had over 3 years’ of administration experience in a fast paced and demanding environment. Communication skills are crucial to this role particularly with the stakeholder management aspect of the role. You will also have:
- Experience of implementing new processes and workflows
- Enthusiasm for the products as well as passion to drive improvements
- Ability to act independently respecting company policies, guidelines and strategies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details and precision
- Good organizational and planning skills - able to work independently and prioritise workload
