A successful candidate for this position is a strong hunter; someone who can rapidly build sales pipeline, nurture strong business relationships and propose ways we can accelerate business. If you have a large B2B network in the tech industry and love chasing and closing deals, you are the right candidate for us. We’re looking for a team member who has shown consistent success exceeding quotas in a previous B2B sales role. You will report to the VP of Sales. This is an amazing opportunity to build and shape a business, client base, culture and take a leading role within a high growth company (14 years old and is well positioned). The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of selling B2B services as well as experience with consultative, value-led sales motions. Must be able to effectively and independently prospect and build pipeline. Ability to forecast and effectively move deals through the pipeline with pace and quality through a disciplined sales methodology. Key Responsibilities Drive qualified leads through networking and outbound lead generation Establish relationships with key business stakeholders, align budgets and timelines to effectively move deals through the pipeline Build strong business cases for clients to fully communicate the problems and opportunities internally and externally Execute a value based selling process focused on industry problems and implications Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of customer and prospect base including requirements and trends Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas Manage pipeline with tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, etc Present and articulate CoDev’s services and solutions Collaborate effectively with team to drive new customers for CoDev Requirements Aligns with company core values: Trustworthy, Reliable, Driven, Positive, and Kind 5+ years experience selling in B2B technology / software sales, experience in Recruiting/Staffing solutions is a major plus A hunter's mentality and skillset to aggressively build, grow and progress pipeline through the sales cycle Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills The ability to connect and problem solve with clients Experience in value based selling; strong business case development understanding Ability to establish and perform powerful demonstrations Ability to generate outcome based proposals Ability to generate leads from personal network Experience managing a pipeline and maintaining a high close rate (generally 20%+) Demonstrated experience hitting/exceeding quota Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile Highly organized and great time management Self-driven, motivated and results oriented Excellent customer service mentality *Preferred Qualifications* 5+ years sales experience with Recruiting/Staffing solutions Strong technical understanding of sales tools like Hubspot and Outreach Proven success in closing new business Consistent over-achievement in past positions Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills Compensation/benefits: The anticipated full compensation for this position is $170k+ (Salary and commissions) The specific salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience No CAP on commissions In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off and paid holidays.
