B2B Sales Consultant - Loose Gemstones (Commission Based)

We are currently seeking a dedicated B2B Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new customers, driving business growth and establishing a strong brand image.
- Actively engage in business development activities to expand our customer base.
- Articulate and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers.
- Conduct online consultations, building strong rapport and meeting clients' needs.
- Utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to enhance brand presence and reach.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Implement excellent negotiation techniques to secure successful sales deals.
- Collaborate as a team player, providing support in various aspects of daily business operations, including email correspondence, administrative tasks, and customer communication.
- Preferred qualifications include holding a GIA GG or FGA qualification.
Qualifications:
- A passion for the gemstone industry and a genuine interest in making customers happy.
- Proven experience in gemstone sales and client management.
- Confidence in handling customer communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in utilising social media platforms for business purposes.
- Exceptional eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to overall business functioning.
- Preference given to candidates with a GIA GG or FGA qualification.
